Delivery Policy
CHÍNH SÁCH GIAO HÀNG
1. PHẠM VI ÁP DỤNG:
Toàn quốc (Việt Nam) : Dịch vụ Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm, Giao Hàng Nhanh
Quốc tế : Dịch vụ VNPost, DHL,..
2. THỜI GIAN GIAO HÀNG:
- Trong vòng 1-2 ngày tại khu vực nội thành TP. Hồ Chí Minh.
- Đối với khách hàng ở ngoại thành Hồ Chí Minh, các Tỉnh/Thành phố khác, bạn sẽ nhận hàng trong vòng 3-4 ngày. Thời gian trên không tính các ngày lễ, ngày nghỉ.
Ngoài các hình thức giao hàng trên, chúng tôi sẽ áp dụng chính sách giao hàng ngay lập tức nếu có khả năng hoặc có những thỏa thuận hoặc yêu cầu đặc biệt của khách hàng bằng các dịch vụ như Ahamove, Green SM, Grab, Be,... Tuy nhiên, trong một số trường hợp khách quan, W.Store có thể giao hàng chậm trễ so với thời gian cam kết do những điều kiện bất khả kháng như thời tiết xấu, điều kiện giao thông không thuận lợi, máy bay trễ chuyến, xe hỏng hóc trên đường giao hàng, trục trặc trong quá trình xuất hàng.
3. TRÁCH NHIỆM VỚI HÀNG HÓA VẬN CHUYỂN:
- Dịch vụ vận chuyển do chúng tôi chỉ định sẽ chịu trách nhiệm với hàng hóa và các rủi ro như mất mát hoặc hư hại của hàng hóa trong suốt quá trình vận chuyển hàng từ W.Store đến khách hàng.
- Khách hàng có trách nhiệm kiểm tra hàng hóa sau khi đã thanh toán. Khi phát hiện hàng hóa bị hư hại, hoặc sai mẫu mã so với hàng đã đặt mua, khách vui lòng thông báo ngay cho chúng tôi để giải quyết.
- Sau khi khách đã ký nhận hàng mà không ghi chú hoặc có ý kiến về hàng hóa, đồng nghĩa với việc W.Store không có trách nhiệm với những yêu cầu đổi trả vì sản phẩm bị lỗi sau này.

DELIVERY POLICY
1. SHIPPING TERMS
- If the item is not in stock, we will email you and inform you when it will be back in stock and items will be shipped on the next available working day when stock is available.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- In Ho Chi Minh City, express deliveries take between 1-2 working days, if stock is available. If you need the stock in urgent, we can deliver within 30 minutes to 2 hours by third parties such as Ahamove, Green SM, Grab, Be,v.v.. (shipping fee will be higher than our standard price).
- In other cities within Vietnam, express deliveries take between 3-4 working days, if stock is available.
- Deliveries to customers are sent out on working days only, which means Monday to Saturday, Bank holidays, Public (Statutory) or national holidays.
- Deliveries are undertaken by third parties, hence SHAPEWEAR BY W.STORE ® is not responsible for any shipping delays, parcel losses or damages, however we may help consumers/customers in resolving issues and claims.
- When you receive, please check the product carefully before receiving. If there is any mistake (wrong model, wrong size, etc,..) please contact us to be supported.
3. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide to every country and island in the world using multiple carriers.
- Deliveries take up to 2 weeks to 3 months depend on shipping fee / third parties / time. You can discuss with us about the time and fee to decide.
- Goods are sent out after payment has been completed successfully, any kind of bank transfer service must wait until the payment is cleared into our bank account before we can ship out the goods.
- It is the consumer’s or customer’s recipient of the parcel’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and contact details and, furthermore, to be present when a delivery arrives.
- Deliveries to customers are sent out on working days only, which means Monday to Friday and not on weekends, Bank holidays, Public (Statutory) or national holidays.
- Deliveries are undertaken by third parties, hence SHAPEWEAR BY W.STORE ® is not responsible for any shipping delays, parcel losses or damages, however we may help consumers/customers in resolving issues and claims.
